A police statement about the occurrence involving this young man quite actually explains him with the precise words, “half a head.”His name is Carlos Rodriguez, but for some unusual reason, his best friends and associates call him “Halfy.” Halfy blames his . . . unique physical appearance on a vehicle accident caused by drinking and drugs, through which he hit a pole, was thrown through his windows, and you can most likely guess the rest. It is obvious that the other half of Halfy’s head ended up all over the road; what’s not so apparent is how the hell he is still here to inform us about it.Carlos states he had the car accident at 14, but he and his uncommon head only recently went viral. His mugshot was dispersed online after an arrest for soliciting prostitution.
